MANAGEMENT TEAM

Formation of management committee was initiated by the board of directors for facilitating management decisions on diverse issues covering expansion, diversification, financing of projects, CSR, HR, Quality Assurance, R&D and customer relationship. The committee comprises of four outside members including an independent Director of the company, with wide ranging experience in line job and consultancy, besides the AMBO Board of Directors, having deep rooted involvement in different industry segment for over 35 years. Committee meetings are often held prior to Board meetings.

Mr. Dilip Kumar Mukhopadhyay has over 36 years of experience of working in management & leadership positions.

Mr. Mukhopadhyay, an M Com and CAIIB from Indian Institute of Bankers and has held important positions in Bank Of Baroda from Zonal Head of eastern India operations to CEO of European operations since 1963. He retired as the Chairman & Managing Director of BOB [Uganda] in 1998[1993-1998]. During his tenure with BOB he was instrumental in formulating various financial contracts.
Some of his significant contributions include his representation in ECGC in Berne Union's (an International Union of Credit & Investment Insurers') General Meetings and AGMs in Kiyoto, Japan in October 1996, London in 1997, 1998, 1999 & Cape Town in October 1998. He was a Member of Banking Delegation to Russian Federation & Uzbekistan in 1997. Besides he visited Uganda, Tanzania in 1997 in connection with block fund mobilization and export promotion. He had also visited MEHIB, Hungary in 1998 & COFACE, France in 1999 for signing and enabling Trade Cooperation Agreement.
At present he is working as associate to a Mumbai based financial organization. Besides, he is director to several organization based in Mumbai. He is also the advisor to an organization of Tanzania.

Mr. Harshavardhan C. Mehta is a qualified BE Civil from Jadavpur University, MS Civil and an MBA from Lehigh University, Bethlehem in USA.
He has more than 35 years of experience of working on a variety of manufacturing, research & Management projects such as Conduit pipes and accessories, Polymer concretes and steel fibre reinforced concretes, Synthetic Marble sanitary ware, Use of polymer concretes in Highway construction, setting up polymer concrete laboratory at SERC, CSIR, Madras, Project Consultancy in areas of Vacuum Metalizing, plastic pipes, synthetic marbles, building materials, agro based products, etc.
He was also an associate consultant to TCS for around 7 years.
At present he is having his own Project and Technology Consulting Company in Kolkata.

Mr. Swapan Ganguly is a qualified M.COM & a Certified Associate of the Indian Institute of Bankers' [CAIIB].On completion of Masters Mr. Ganguli had joined Bank of Baroda and during his service tenure completed CAIIB that had helped him to secure senior positions in the bank hierarchy, He held many responsible positions in the bank and had finally retired as the chief of Mauritius banking operations.
Thereafter, he joined a Mauritius based company "Laser ITESP" as their Director in Charge. His last engagement was with EMARS Mining & Construction, one of the Joda/Barbil based iron ore mining company. Mr. Ganguli has both banking and industry experience that may help an upcoming company in their policy formulation.

Mr. Pradip Sen, an economist and MBA with over 38 years of diverse experience in consultancy, line jobs, international trading, and offshore finance in India and overseas. He is also a qualified lead auditor for ISO 9001-2000 standards. Presently he is Managing Director of Srei Mauritius Infrastructure Development Co. Ltd and situated in Mauritius. Prior to this assignment he was with Sree Metaliks Limited as Executive Director. Before joining Sree Metaliks, Mr. Sen was associated with Srei Mauritius Infrastructure Development Corporation Limited in the capacity of Managing Director. Prior to these he was with Jain Group of Industries in Kolkata as Group senior VP, Laser ITESP in Mauritius as director in charge, Sai International in Hong Kong as General Manager, Anirox Pigments Limited in Kolkata as Corporate Planner, and with Tata Consultancy Services for 21 years as Senior Economist, Bureau Chief and Branch Head.
In his professional career he has worked on assignments in Europe, USA, South Africa and South East Asia and attended important international Exhibitions, for instance (Hanover fair in Germany for consecutive 8 years).
During the consultancy service career he has worked on over 1750 projects in the area of applied economics (market survey, consumer market research, economic studies) software design, financing of projects, revaluation of assets, valuation of intellectual capital and many other assignments of different nature.
