Vegetable oils are extracted from fruits, flowers & seeds of plants, essentially having the same constituents but its proportions may vary. It is found in so many products that it would be difficult to find many commercially prepared goods that do not contain atleast some soya or soya by products. It has found a home in many commercial food products and also used in house hold cooking, starting from salad dressing. |
